At PH5, we want you to be completely satisfied with your innovative knitwear; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
